We are seeking an experienced Contracts Principal to provide commercial and contract management support across a portfolio of greenfield projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage major contracts from award through to close-out.
- Lead commercial negotiations and resolve contractual disputes.
- Develop procurement and contracting strategies.
- Review tender documentation, contract variations, and recommendations for award.
- Provide advice on contractual rights, obligations, and risk management.
- Maintain contract correspondence, notices, and compliance processes.

About You
- Experience managing contracts on major construction or infrastructure projects.
- Greenfields projects experience essential.
- Experience working with complex, high-value contracts.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management,



Construction Management, or a related discipline.
