About the role

Reporting to our Communication and Marketing Manager, the Enrolments and Growth Coordinator leads our enrolment function – shaping the experience of every prospective family from first enquiry through to first week commencement, while using data, insights and strong relationships to support sustainable enrolment growth.

This is a role we're hiring for attitude as much as experience. We need someone who takes genuine ownership of the enrolment journey, notices what isn't working and improves it, and builds trust easily - with families, colleagues and leaders across the College.

Who we’re looking for

You'll demonstrate the ability to:

- Approach enrolment and growth with curiosity, initiative and a continuous improvement mindset.

- See the enrolment journey through the eyes of prospective students and families.

- Lead and support our Enrolments Officer, keeping service warm, responsive and professional.

- Build authentic, trusted relationships with prospective families, feeder schools and colleagues.

- Bring a genuine sense of service to every family's experience of Trinity, no matter how small the interaction.

- Take ownership of enrolment data, systems and reporting, turning insights into clear recommendations for our Principal and Executive team.

- Identify opportunities to strengthen conversion,



retention and sustainable enrolment growth.

- Adapt as priorities shift, without losing sight of what matters most to families.

- Actively support the Christian ethos and values of Trinity Lutheran College.
