About the role

Belle Property Hunter Region is seeking a Support Property Manager to join our dynamic team in East Maitland NSW. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in residential property management. You will work alongside experienced property managers, providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure our clients receive outstanding service. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards Belle Property Hunter Region is known for.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with tenant communication, including responding to maintenance requests, rent enquiries and general correspondence

- Support the coordination and scheduling of property inspections, maintenance and repairs

- Maintain accurate property records, files and documentation in accordance with legislative requirements

- Conduct property walkthroughs and prepare reports on property condition and maintenance issues

- Support the management of routine maintenance and emergency repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers

- Assist with lease renewals, bond administration and move-in/move-out procedures

- Provide administrative support to property managers including scheduling, data entry and filing

- Help investigate and resolve tenant disputes or complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Support compliance activities and assist with legislative requirements relevant to residential property management

What we're looking for

- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new property management software

- A customer-focused approach with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally

- Attention to detail and accuracy,



particularly with financial and legal documentation

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

- Reliability and a professional demeanour

- Previous experience in property management is desirable but not essential

- Knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation and residential property management practices
