The Project

Based on site at Sunrise Dam, just a short commute from Perth with great camp facilities.

Behind every successful site is a gun Site Administrator making sure everything runs smoothly… and that’s where you come in.

About the Role

As our Site Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person helping keep the site organised, connected and running like clockwork.

Your days will include:

- Supporting mobilisation and helping get crews site-ready

- Coordinating site inductions for new starters and contractors

- Managing site rosters, swings and shift changes

- Keeping payroll, travel and camp bookings aligned





- Processing and checking timesheets

- Maintaining site records and daily reporting

- Supporting leaders with meetings, agendas and minutes

- Being the friendly face and organised brain behind the scenes

About You

You’re someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves being organised and can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.

You’ll bring:

- Previous experience in site administration or mining administration

- Strong Microsoft Office skills

- Experience with INX and Pronto systems

- Great communication and attention to detail

- A proactive attitude and team-first mindset

- Current Australian Driver’s Licence

- National Police Clearance

- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
