This Client Liaison Officer - New Home Builds role at Gold Property Partners' offers an exciting opportunity to be the key point of contact for clients throughout their new home building process. Based in Birtinya, QLD, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers as they embark on building their dream or investment home.

The Role is advertised as Full time however for the right candidate this can be negotiable.

What you'll be doing

- Act as the main liaison between clients, brokers, builders and other internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely delivery of their build milestones

- Proactively manage client expectations by providing regular updates on the progress of their new home build

- Address any concerns or questions that arise during the construction process

- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction

- Assist with the administration and documentation related to new home builds

- Support the wider team as needed to ensure the successful delivery of projects

What we're looking for

- At least 2 years' experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the finance, construction or property industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively liaise with clients and a variety of stakeholders

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle client queries and concerns

- Highly organised and detail-oriented,



with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

- Ability to pick up using relevant software and digital tools quickly to support the management of each build and client communication

- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
