Now is the perfect opportunity to join the catering team at Lingard Private Hospital. With a commitment to providing the highest quality food service and customer satisfaction, our team work a 7 day week rotating roster. Shifts are between the hours of 6am and 7pm.

We are seeking Chefs / Cooks on a part time basis.

Essential criteria

- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination status

- Sound knowledge of HACCP & NSW Food authority guidelines

- Minimum 4 years kitchen food production experience

- Work to standard recipes with sound knowledge of specific diets & food allergies

- Understanding of Vulnerable People’s Act

- Good communication and written skills

Desirable criteria

- Pastry cook experience

- High volume line Chef experience

- Function experience

- Demonstrated experience of success in food preparation & customer satisfaction

- Sound leadership capabilities with proven experience working in a team setting and building respect amongst staff at all levels





- Certificate 3 in commercial cookery

- Trade certificate IV commercial cookery

- A high level of personal maturity and strength of character to successfully grow within a dynamic organisation.
