Job Description

Carpenter PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CREW is now seeking a Full Time (at least 38 hours per week) Carpenter to join our team. Duties and responsibilities:

- Analyzing technical blueprints to identify construction requirements and installation methods for various components
- Preparing structural configurations by sourcing lumber and related building supplies based on design needs
- Measuring and shaping structural parts, then securing them in place using appropriate fastening techniques
- Constructing base platforms, aligning support systems, and confirming accuracy with leveling tools during assembly
- Installing outer wall coverings, securing roof layers, and mounting pre-fitted door and window units




- Combining pre-cut wooden pieces into finished components for final setup in designated spaces
- Designing and forming custom interlocking wood connections for precise structural fitting

Skills and experience:

- Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.
- Good time management
- Positive organizational skills
