As we continue our substantial growth, we are looking for a dedicated Workshop Planner / Coordinator to join our team in Beckenham. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be the vital link between our customers, technicians, and management—driving the daily execution of major industrial projects.

Your Impact (Role Responsibilities)
In this dynamic leadership role, you will:
- Master the Schedule: Oversee day-to-day operations and labour planning to ensure jobs are completed safely and within quoted timeframes.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Raise jobs and compile work packs through job management software, handling everything from initial quote to final invoicing
- The Go-To Expert:
Liaise directly with clients to understand scopes of work, provide progress updates, and deliver accurate quotes.
- Resource Empowerment: Ensure our technicians have the equipment, resources, and calibrated tools they need to succeed.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain the workshop to ISO standards and HSE policies, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Operational Oversight: Manage documentation, update asset/calibration registers, and complete load-out lists for critical offshore scopes.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a proactive professional with:
- Experience: A mechanical trade background or a proven history in workshop planning, production coordination, or account management.
- Organizational Prowess: Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, management, and high-level clients.
- Technical Literacy: Excellent computer literacy and comfort using job management software once trained.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous industry experience is required; hydraulic knowledge is highly regarded but not essential.
