About the Role

As a Retail & Sales Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our Lennox Head store. You’ll assist customers with water testing, product recommendations, and pool care solutions while also supporting our service team. This role is hands-on, customer-focused, and perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone

- Conduct in-store water testing and provide product solutions

- Advise customers on pool equipment, chemicals, and maintenance options

- Process sales, stock shelves, and keep the store neat and welcoming

- Support the sales team with promotions and product launches

- Assist with basic admin and booking service jobs where required
