About Coex Training

Coex Training (RTO #41119) is a national Registered Training Organisation specialising in technical and electrical training for the mining, energy, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors.

Operating across multiple facilities and locations, we partner with major employers to develop workforce capability, strengthen technical competency and support safer, more effective operations.

As Coex continues to grow nationally, we are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to strengthen the coordination, visibility and consistency of our day-to-day operations.

The Opportunity

The Operations Coordinator is a key role within Coex's national operating structure.

You will provide the coordination that connects our training facilities, delivery teams and shared services functions, ensuring operational information, actions and priorities move effectively across the organisation.

You will ensure that once operational requirements and priorities are established, the people, information, systems and supporting activities required to execute them remain coordinated.

You will maintain visibility of operational activities, follow through key actions, identify emerging challenges and support consistent execution across multiple facilities.

The role will suit someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable operating across multiple stakeholders in a growing national organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive operational readiness and execution, coordinating the people, facilities, resources, information and supporting requirements needed to deliver agreed activities effectively.





- Maintain operational oversight and management information, providing clear visibility of priorities, capacity, key activities, dependencies and performance across the national operation.

- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, working across teams to address constraints, competing priorities and gaps before they impact delivery, customers or business performance.

- Strengthen and standardise operational practices, identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, workflows and ways of working as Coex continues to scale nationally.

About You

Essential:

- Demonstrated experience coordinating operations across multiple sites, facilities or service locations

- Experience with operational planning, resource coordination, workflow management and delivery support

- Capability in operational reporting, performance tracking, data management and business systems

- Experience implementing and maintaining standardised operational processes, procedures and controls

- Working knowledge of compliance, quality and governance requirements within a regulated or technical environment

Highly regarded:

- Experience within mining, energy, technical services, training, workforce services, engineering, field services or another multi-site operational setting will be highly regarded.
