We are seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter / 4x4 Accessory Salesperson to join our supportive team at Lancaster Motor Group.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Group Parts Manager, this role will involve:

- Assistaing walk-in customers with all Parts and 4x4 Accessory enquires.

- Answering and assisting with retail and trade phone enquires.

- Assisting in stock ordering and wearhouse management

- Working closely with our Service team to identify and supply the correct parts, ensuring productivity and efficiency

- Preparing quotes & parts documentation

What we're looking for

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a skilled phone manner

- Previous experience in Automotive Parts - preferred but not essential as we are open to candidates with no experience!

- A passion for all things Automotive is a must!

- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, be reliable and punctual

- Great team player; ability to work in a team environment

- Able to take instructions

- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service

- Strong attention to detail

- Strong computer skills – highly regarded

- Experience using ERA Power/NET,



Pentana and Reynolds software’s – preferred but not essential (training will be provided)

- Current NSW Driver's License

- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
