Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team.

- Assist with managing rental properties and tenant enquiries.

- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors.

- Schedule and assist with routine inspections and property viewings.

- Prepare lease documentation, notices, and tenancy-related correspondence.

- Maintain accurate records and update property management software.

- Respond to phone calls, emails, and general office enquiries.

- Support the team in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.

About You

- Previous experience in administration or customer service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.





- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy workplace.

- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.

- Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

- Current Real Estate Registration Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is advantageous.
