Senior Florist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Florist to join our boutique floral team.

The successful applicant must be confident and experienced across all aspects of floristry, with strong hands-on experience in weddings and events.

Key responsibilities:

- Creating high-quality bouquets and floral arrangements

- Wedding and event floristry, including bridal bouquets, buttonholes, ceremony and reception florals

- Preparing and executing wedding and event installations

- Conditioning, preparing and caring for flowers

- Taking and managing customer orders and enquiries

- Maintaining a beautifully presented retail store

- Working confidently and independently when required

- Supporting wedding preparation, setup and pack-down

- General cleaning, organisation and stock maintenance

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 4 years' professional floristry experience





- Strong experience in wedding and event floristry

- Confident across all aspects of floristry

- Excellent attention to detail and presentation

- Creative, efficient and able to work in a fast-paced setting

- Friendly and professional with customers

- Reliable, punctual and proactive

- Able to work independently as well as within a small team

- Weekend availability is essential

This position is best suited to an experienced florist who can step into the role confidently and contribute across both our retail and wedding/event work.
