Earn $90,000 – $125,000+ OTE | Solid Base + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

Car Sales Express is seeking an experienced and motivated Car Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Ringwood and Kilsyth. This full-time role involves assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that suit their needs and budget

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives

- Follow up sales leads and enquiries promptly

- Negotiate and close vehicle sales professionally

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation





- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team success

About You

- Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive sales

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

- Professional presentation and positive attitude

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

- Current Victorian Driver's Licence
