The Role

We're hiring an Editor who lives in After Effects.

Roughly 60% paid social, 40% television. Almost every project combines both disciplines: you cut the footage, then you build the motion that lifts it. Some weeks you're crafting a 15-second thumb-stop for Meta. The next you're finishing a TVC for broadcast delivery.

You'll work to designs from our senior designer, so you're not starting from a blank page. But this is a two-handed job. You need to cut footage properly, and you need to build the motion yourself in After Effects.

To be clear about what that motion work is: type and supers, logo animation, tracking, and light compositing. It's the animation that makes an ad land. It isn't character animation or 3D, and we're not looking for an animator. We're looking for an editor whose After Effects is genuinely valuable.

This is a permanent role, four days per week, moving to five in the near term as our workload grows.

What You'll Do

- Edit and finish paid social campaigns across Meta (Feed, Stories, Reels), with a performance mindset: hook structures, platform-native pacing,



aspect ratio versioning at volume.

- Edit and finish television commercials to broadcast standard, through to network delivery.

- Build motion graphics in After Effects from supplied designs: type and supers, logo animation, tracking, light comp.

- Take projects end-to-end from rushes to final delivery, working alongside our Creative Producers.

- Run multiple concurrent client accounts and hit deadlines without dropping quality.

- Work inside established post workflows and client brand guidelines.

What You Bring

Essential

- 4+ years editing in an agency, production company or post house.

- Expert Premiere Pro and strong After Effects. Both, to a high standard. You cut the footage and you build the motion.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment across multiple projects

- Confident with type animation, supers, logo animation, tracking and light compositing in After Effects, built from scratch to a supplied design.

- Editing craft you can point to: pacing, story structure, and sound design that holds attention.

- Proven paid social work. You understand Meta specs, hook structures, and what actually stops a scroll.

- Proven TVC work delivered to broadcast standard.

- The discipline to work to someone else's design and execute it better than they imagined it.

- Ability to juggle concurrent projects under deadline pressure.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with the CAD (Free TV) approval process (easily learned if not).

- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or Figma for handling supplied files.

- Experience across TV, online and mobile in a single campaign.
