Three Hungry Birds Café – Full-Time Barista / All-Rounder

Three Hungry Birds Café in Derrimut is looking for an experienced full-time barista/all-rounder to join our team.

We’re a busy Monday–Friday café with a solid base of regular customers, so we’re looking for someone who not only makes a great coffee, but also enjoys getting to know customers and being part of a team.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has solid barista experience and understands milk-based coffee

- Takes pride in coffee quality and consistency

- Has robust customer service and communication skills

- Is confident speaking with customers and building relationships with regulars

- Can work independently and as part of a team

- Shows initiative and doesn’t need to be constantly directed

- Has a positive, outgoing personality

- Is reliable and takes pride in their work





This is predominantly a barista position, however we work as one team. During quieter periods, or when the floor gets busy, you’ll be expected to jump in and help with taking orders, serving customers, clearing tables and general café duties.

We’re looking for someone who is happy to move between the coffee machine and the floor rather than seeing themselves as “barista only”.
