About the role

As the Delivery Lead - Privacy, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of privacy programs, working closely with Privacy, Risk, Legal, Technology, Security, and Business teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Lead delivery of privacy and regulatory change initiatives

- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and governance

- Embed Privacy by Design principles across projects and processes

- Support Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and remediation activities

- Engage senior stakeholders and provide clear reporting on progress and risks

- Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory and risk management requirements

About you

- Proven experience in project, program, or delivery leadership roles





- Experience delivering privacy, risk, compliance, data, or regulatory change initiatives

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience within banking, financial services, or a highly regulated environment

- Knowledge of Australian privacy obligations is highly regarded
