CASUAL FLOOR STAFF — EMERGE STEAKHOUSE

Emerge Steakhouse is a busy, premium dining restaurant located in the heart of the Geelong CBD, and we're currently looking for experienced casual floor staff to join our team.

We're searching for someone with a warm, friendly personality who genuinely enjoys hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. A beautiful presence on the floor, confidence with customers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.

About the role:

- Casual floor staff position

- Flexible schedule available, from a couple of shifts per week through to more substantial hours for the right candidate

- Lunch and dinner service, 7 days a week

- Weekend and night availability is essential

- Opportunity to quickly progress through award levels





- Ongoing wine education and WSET training opportunities available for the right candidate

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 18 years of age

- Previous hospitality experience is essential

- Current RSA required

- Wine knowledge is highly regarded

- Steak and premium dining knowledge advantageous

- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

- Reliability, professionalism, and positive energy on the floor
