An exclusive portfolio within our awarded Property Asset Management team has become available for an experienced, attentive and client-focused Property Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships and managing premium assets with care and confidence.

The role

- Overseeing the full end-to-end property management lifecycle, with routine inspection and accounts support

- Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants to ensure a positive experience

- Expertly managing a portfolio of properties to save our Landlords time & money. While creating a caring and familiar journey, with you as their property manager

- Handling administrative tasks related to the portfolio, such as lease renewals, bond claims, and routine correspondence

- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in residential property management

An exceptional candidate would include;

- Being a licensed property manager with experience and examples of their customer service, and knowledge of property management legislation

- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords and tenants

- Excellent organisational and time management skills,



with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

- Understanding of residential tenancy legislation and property management processes

- Proficiency in using property management software and technology

- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

- A valid South Australian driver's license
