Due to continued growth, Katandra is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and professional Tradesperson / Installer to join our friendly team of 14.

We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their workmanship, enjoys working with people, and has an eye for detail. If you enjoy doing quality work, proactive thinking, and seeing the finished result at the end of each day, we'd love to hear from you.

Katandra is Western Australia's leading supplier of Luxaflex® Blinds, Shutters and Awnings, and we also specialise in premium Curtains, Louvre Patios, and Crimsafe® Security Doors & Windows. Our reputation has been built on outstanding workmanship, premium products, and exceptional customer service.

No two days are the same. Every installation is different, making this a rewarding role with plenty of variety.

About the Role

As an Installer, you'll be responsible for:

- Installing Luxaflex® blinds, shutters, awnings, curtains and our Louvre Patios

- Measuring and installing Crimsafe® security doors and windows

- Delivering exceptional workmanship with a strong focus on quality

- Providing outstanding customer service while working in clients' homes

- Working alongside experienced installers during your training before progressing to independent installations

- Maintaining a professional appearance and representing the Katandra brand with pride

Comprehensive training is provided, making this an excellent chance for an experienced tradesperson looking for a long-term career with an industry leader.

About You

You'll ideally have experience in a trade such as:

- Carpentry

- Cabinet Making

- Glazing

- Electrical

- Metal Fabrication

- Shopfitting

- Or another trade with transferable skills





You'll also be:

- Passionate about producing high-quality work

- Reliable, organised and physically fit

- A practical problem solver with solid attention to detail

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Friendly, courteous and professional with customers

- Well presented and take pride in your appearance

- Hold a current C Class Driver's Licence

Experience installing security doors or windows is advantageous but not essential.

$80,000–$100,000 depending on ability, plus 12% Superannuation and a company vehicle
