As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Site Foreman to join our dedicated team.

In this role, you will collaborate with project engineers, subcontractors, and site staff, requiring excellent leadership and communication skills. A deep understanding of civil construction, including earthworks, service installation, pavement construction, and regulatory awareness, is essential. A hands-on, lead-by-example approach is vital. Your Role:

- Lead earthworks, road/pavement work, drainage, and more.

- Experience in Commercial Civil construction will be an advantage.

- Ensure adherence to project plans and guidelines.

- Collaborate closely with clients and subcontractors.

- Maintain safety and quality standards across the site.

Your Qualifications:





- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman or Leading Hand in civil construction, ideally on commercial projects.

- Willingness to work across Melbourne, Geelong, and Regional VIC.

- A valid Construction White Card and Driver’s License.

- Experience operating construction plant and equipment.

- Solid knowledge of OHS practices and the ability to follow processes.

- Reliable, punctual, and proactive.

- Flexible, team-oriented, and easy to work with.

- Ability to work overtime as needed.

- Working with children check card.
