Chefs & Kitchen Hands – All Levels | Hillstone St Lucia & Hundred Acre Bar, St Lucia

We're hiring passionate chefs and kitchen hands across both our kitchens at The Golf Links, St Lucia. Hillstone St Lucia is our stunning weddings and events venue, set in beautiful natural surrounds. Hundred Acre Bar is our relaxed, all-week bar and dining spot at St Lucia Golf Links, serving golfers, families, and locals. Both sit under The Golf Links.

Key responsibilities

- Prep work as a Prep Chef (6:00am to 2:00pm shifts)

- Service cooking as a Weekday Service Chef (12:00pm to 8:00pm shifts)

- Casual weekend service cooking (12:00pm to 8:00pm shifts)

- Kitchen hand duties supporting prep and service — food prep, station support, cleaning, and keeping service running smoothly

- Work well in a team during busy service

- Maintain reliability and genuine commitment to hospitality

About you

- Chefs and kitchen hands at all levels — from kitchen hands and prep through to experienced service chefs





- A outstanding attitude and strong work ethic

- Reliability and a genuine love for hospitality

- Full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship not available)

Benefits

- Base rates from $33/hr, up to $50/hr — above market, with all penalty rates paid in full
