No split shifts or nights, just solid day shifts with a team that knows what they're doing. The cafe runs creative menus with proper prep lists and a head chef who trains instead of yells. This is a place where people help each other through service and the owners stay calm when it gets busy.

- Check the prep list and talk to the team leader about priorities
- Work your section during service
- Help when service picks up
