At BLOK, we don’t just sell services, we open the door for people to fall in love with their spaces. As our Sales Associate, you will be the driving force behind new business, nurturing leads from first enquiry through to signed deal, and building the kind of client relationships that turn into referrals and repeat business.

This is a role for someone who thrives on the chase. You will proactively prospect and generate new opportunities, manage your own pipeline, prepare and negotiate your own quotes, and hit the ground running with monthly and annual targets across both styling and interior design. You will be out at industry events, on the phone, in the CRM and in front of clients, genuinely owning your sales process from start to finish.

What you’ll bring:





A proven track record in sales or business development, confidence with quoting and client facing documentation, sharp CRM and reporting skills, and a resilient, target driven mindset. Experience in property, interior design, styling or professional services will set you apart.
