You'll partner directly with the CEO, CFO and leadership team, providing accurate reporting, meaningful commercial insights and financial oversight across the Group. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves getting into the detail but can also zoom out and see the bigger picture. It's more than a month-end and reconciliation role: we're looking for someone who can look at the numbers, understand what they're telling us and help turn that information into better business decisions.

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations across the Group and its three brands.
- Own month-end close, management reporting and reconciliations, including monthly and quarterly P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.

- Develop rolling forecasts, Open-to-Buy plans and cash flow projections.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and overall financial performance.
- Oversee accounts payable,

accounts receivable and billing, including timely supplier payments and wholesale credit control.
- Oversee payroll and ensure financial processes are accurate and compliant, payroll processing is managed externally
- Monitor inventory, cost of goods, margins and other key commercial metrics, and conduct cost and margin analysis to identify profitability improvements.
- Provide commercial insights, analysis and financial modelling to guide pricing, stock investment, new opportunities and partnerships.
- Support international operations: FX, duties, compliance and distributor setups as the Group expands globally.
- Maintain and enhance our Xero-based financial systems, data integrity, controls and policies, and identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
- Manage relationships with external tax accountants, banks and other financial partners.
- Work closely with Operations, Supply, Wholesale, Marketing, Retail and Leadership to understand performance, and help build financial visibility and accountability across the wider team.
- Present key financial insights to leadership to support strategic growth.
- Manage and mentor our Commercial Accountant and Bookkeeper

You'll Work Closely With

- CEO and CFO: strategic planning, execution and decision-making.
- Leadership team: marketing, operations, product, wholesale and retail.
- Finance team, including Managing our Commercial Accountant and offshore bookkeeper, as well as working closely with our Fractional CFO + Finance Consultant.
- External partners: tax accountants, auditors, banks and suppliers.

- Timely,

accurate and actionable financial reporting across all three brands.
- Strong cash flow management aligned with seasonality and growth plans.
- Commercial insights that drive smarter decisions across teams.
- Compliance and financial integrity across all markets.
- Cost-saving and process improvement initiatives delivered.

About You

You're commercially minded, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership. You'll ideally bring:

- CA/CPA qualification with 5+ years' experience in a Finance Manager, Group Finance Manager or senior commercial finance role.
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge, with experience managing end-to-end finance functions.
- Hands-on experience with Xero and strong Excel/Google Sheets modelling skills.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills.
- Experience in retail, wholesale, eCommerce or a product-based business (highly regarded).

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach: you work autonomously, collaborate well and thrive in a fast-moving, creative environment.

Why Join Us?
