About the role

You'll be editing raw footage into tight, engaging reels for Instagram, and occasionally Vimeo or YouTube. This is autonomous work where you take direction and run with it, bringing ideas and feedback to lift the work beyond execution.

Key responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into engaging reels, trimming so every second earns its place with no slow starts or dead air
- Pull graphics from previous branding jobs and overlay them to carry the brand through the reel
- Cut copy and lay it over footage in a way that's fun to watch
- Work from projects already delivered to understand the standard and style
- Size and export properly for each platform, ensuring output is clean and social-ready
- Watch cuts back and suggest improvements, bringing ideas for how to make work sharper
- Learn and figure things out autonomously when you hit something current

About you

- You work autonomously and figure things out rather than waiting to be told




- You take feedback without defensiveness and ask clarifying questions to understand what would fix issues
- You have an eye for pace and rhythm, and are ruthless with trimming
- You have a designer's eye and know what looks good and what doesn't
- You understand why one cut lands and another drags, and can bring that instinct without being told
- You know how to size and export properly for each platform
- You can work in whatever editing software produces clean, social-ready output
