About the Role:

We are looking for a Chef to take assist the head chef and Sous Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen. A Chef that can manage a busy kitchen delivering our quality menu, and of course our amazing functions.

Showcasing a proven track record of passion to deliver quality food consistently, the right Chef will:

- Lead, guide and inspire a team of professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience and further develop the business.

- Be passionate about what you do, innovative and experienced.

- Deliver high quality British dishes, consistently well, in a fast-paced, busy environment.

- Work fast, clean and able to motivate the team through leading by example.

- Work closely with the Head Chef,



Sous Chef and team to develop and implement menus.

- Demonstrate solid organisation skills, strong ability to follow and implement systems and ability to manage a large team will be key

This is a senior role, reporting to an accomplished Head Chef.
