About the role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team on a part-time basis, 2 days per week. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing and working closely with Accor's Sales & Marketing teams, this role will be responsible for supporting the hotel's marketing activities across digital, social media, content creation, promotions, partnerships and brand initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive marketing qualified who is passionate about hospitality, storytelling and creating engaging guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

- Planning, creating and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms

- Coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive hotel and venue awareness

- Managing websites updates, digital content and online listings to ensure brand consistency

- Assisting in the creation of marketing collateral, EDMs, presentations and promotional materials

- Create and maintain photography and video image library

- Capturing and coordinating photography and video content for hotel and venue marketing

- Monitoring social media engagement and online reputation, responding where appropriate

- Collaborating with food & beverage, events and operations teams to identify marketing opportunities

- Supporting local partnerships, media opportunities and influencer collaborations

- Tracking campaign performance and preparing basic reporting on key marketing metrics

About you

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales and marketing role





- Formal qualifications in PR/Marketing or Communications to at least Diploma level will be highly regarded

- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation and digital marketing principles

- Experience in preparing, writing and proofing advertising copy

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience using Canva or similar design tools highly regarded

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling

- Positive attitude, initiative and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
