We are recruiting for 2x Change Manager and 1x Project Manager opportunities across NSW and ACT Government environments, both focused on technology adoption, stakeholder readiness and successful business transformation.

We have three opportunities available:

- Change Manager, Data and Systems | NSW
- Change Manager, Time and Attendance | ACT

About the Role

Opportunity 1 | NSW Government Change Manager

- Rate: $1,000/day + super
- Start: ASAP
- End Date: 20 November 2026
- Location: Parramatta
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid
- Hours: 40 hours per week

This role will support the adoption of changing IT tools, services and business processes across a diverse government workforce.
The focus is on making technology change easy to understand and adopt. You will translate technical information, engage stakeholders, coordinate learning activities and help users build confidence with new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities | Change Manager

- Deliver change, communication and engagement activities
- Drive adoption of new IT tools and processes
- Assess stakeholder impacts and business readiness
- Translate technical information for business users
- Develop guides, FAQs, presentations and communications
- Coordinate training, workshops and demonstrations
- Engage stakeholders across diverse business areas
- Identify adoption barriers and stakeholder concerns
- Track feedback, readiness and adoption outcomes
- Advise project leaders on change and communication risks

About You | Change Manager

- Experience delivering technology or systems change
- Strong organisational change management capability
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience delivering training and workshops
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident simplifying complex technical information
- Experience with change impacts and readiness assessments
- Prosci, ADKAR or similar methodology experience desirable




- Government or complex enterprise experience highly regarded

Opportunity 2 | NSW Government Project Manager, Data Program

- Rate: $1,000/day + super
- Start: ASAP
- End Date: 20 November 2026
- Location: Parramatta
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid
- Hours: 40 hours per week

You will manage technology projects within a Data and Systems Program of Work, taking ownership of delivery from planning through to implementation.
This role suits an experienced Project Manager who can keep multiple projects, stakeholders, risks and deadlines moving at the same time.

Key Responsibilities | Project Manager

- Manage government IT and data projects end-to-end
- Develop project plans, schedules and milestones
- Coordinate resources, budgets and dependencies
- Manage multiple projects and priorities
- Track risks, issues and mitigation actions
- Maintain project governance and documentation
- Monitor budgets, benefits and delivery outcomes
- Prepare project and executive reporting
- Manage stakeholder expectations and issues
- Drive delivery against agreed timelines

About You | Project Manager

- Strong IT, data or systems project experience
- Experience managing concurrent projects
- Strong planning and delivery capability
- Experience managing budgets and resources
- Strong risk and issue management skills
- Excellent stakeholder and negotiation skills
- PRINCE2 and Agile experience preferred
- Government experience highly regarded

Opportunity 3 | ACT Government Change Manager

- Rate: $1,000/day + super
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months with possible extension
- Location: Gungahlin, ACT
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid
- Project: Time and Attendance System

This role will support the rollout of a Time and Attendance System within a complex health setting. The strategic change artefacts are already in place, creating an opportunity for a practical Change Manager to focus on execution, stakeholder readiness, engagement and adoption.

The broader ACT Government program is progressing towards a whole-of-government Time and Attendance solution, with government reporting indicating a focus on replacing multiple legacy systems and manual processes.

Key Responsibilities | Change Manager

- Support the Time and Attendance system rollout




- Execute established change strategies and plans
- Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
- Engage health, technology and business stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops, briefings and demonstrations
- Coordinate communications, training and adoption activities
- Build stakeholder confidence in new ways of working
- Identify and manage stakeholder resistance
- Support implementation, go-live and hypercare
- Monitor readiness and adoption across impacted teams

About You | Change Manager

- Mid-level Change Manager with hands-on experience
- Experience delivering IT or systems implementations
- Strong organisational change management capability
- Practical Prosci or ADKAR experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Confident working with resistant stakeholders
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Comfortable managing competing project priorities
- Consulting experience is highly regarded
- Health or hospital experience is advantageous
- Time and Attendance experience is highly regarded
- Workforce management or rostering exposure is advantageous
- Ability to obtain a satisfactory Police Check
- Valid Australian working rights are mandatory
- Australian PR, citizenship or a suitable long-term working visa required
- Sponsorship is not available
