What's on Offer

Drill Support & Blast Crew

- Rates: $57.79/hr Days | $60.98/hr Nights
- Roster: 2:1 FIFO or DIDO (primarily days)

For Both Roles

About the Roles

Drill Support

- Assist production drilling operations
- Support drill maintenance and servicing
- Work alongside experienced Drillers
- Build skills towards a future Driller role

Blast Crew

- Assist with blast preparation and charging activities
- Support Shotfirers and Blast Crew members
- Set up exclusion zones and safety barriers
- Conduct equipment checks and housekeeping duties
- Build skills towards a future Shotfirer role

Requirements

- HR Licence (Drill Support) or C Class Licence (Blast Crew)
- White Card
- DGSC or willingness to obtain
- National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)




- Full Australian working rights
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in remote conditions
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A; screening
- Must be clean shaven for site requirements

Previous mining, construction, civil, agriculture, quarrying or heavy industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
