About the role

Monte's Beachfront is looking for two hospitality professionals to join the crew in a stunning beachfront location. Positions available for Chef de Partie and Front of House roles. Great fit for a couple or two friends wanting to work at the same venue, and individual applications are very welcome too.

Key responsibilities

Chef de Partie

- Run your own section in a busy commercial kitchen
- Maintain passion for fresh, quality food and consistent presentation
- Stay organised, reliable and calm when service gets busy
- Uphold solid food safety and kitchen standards

Front of House

- Provide a big welcome and smooth service to guests
- Work in a busy service environment with friendly, switched-on confidence
- Bring great energy to the floor as part of a close team

About you

Chef de Partie





- Solid experience in a busy commercial kitchen
- Confident running your own section
- Organised, reliable and calm when service gets pumping
- A genuine team player who enjoys a friendly workplace

Front of House

- Hospitality or customer service experience
- Friendly, switched-on and confident with guests
- Comfortable working in a busy service environment
- Reliable, positive and able to work as part of a close team
- Barista, bar or cocktail experience is a bonus
