The Role

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Trades and Labour team based in our Essendon Fields office. This is a unique opportunity to take over a warm desk with an existing pipeline, allowing you to hit the ground running while continuing to grow your portfolio. You will be responsible for end-to-end business development, client acquisition, and talent placement, focusing specifically on the manufacturing, food, energy industries and across other industries in Melbourne and Victoria.

Your Focus

- Business Development: This is a "greenfield" role. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and acquiring current clients to build your desk from the ground up.

- 360-Degree Management: You will own the full recruitment lifecycle,



from identifying client needs and securing business to sourcing and placing trades specialists within the manufacturing, food, and energy sectors but with no restriction to industry.

What are we looking for in you:

- 360 Recruitment Consultants with experience in blue collar trades and labour recruitment

- Business Development specialists looking to pivot to being recruitment consultants
