This is a client-facing and operations role for someone with landscaping, construction, property maintenance or similar industry experience who understands the practical and site side of the work. The position bridges clients, office staff, and site teams, combining site-based work with office coordination responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Client communication and site meetings
- Site measures, take-offs and assisting with quoting
- Following up quotes and helping convert enquiries into jobs
- Scheduling and coordinating upcoming projects
- Regular site visits and keeping across job progress
- Communicating between clients, office staff and site teams
- Managing client requests and variations
- Project completion, final walkthroughs and follow-ups
- Helping develop relationships with builders and recent clients
- Taking photos and videos of completed and ongoing work and liaising with the marketing team
About you
- Confident dealing with clients
- Organised and proactive
- Able to take ownership
- Practical landscaping or construction knowledge
- Quoting, estimating, scheduling or project coordination experience highly regarded
