We're looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Inventory Coordinator to support demand planning, supplier communication and inventory management across a portfolio of international leading brands in the consumer electronics category, consisting of wearable health and fitness trackers and cameras.
Key responsibilities
- Forecasting and inventory planning across multiple brands
- Raise and manage purchase orders and supplier communications
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Analyse sales to support ordering levels
- Observe trends via inventory data, due to promotional activity and outside influences
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth product flow and delivery
- Maintain accurate product, pricing, and stock data within internal systems
- Assist with reporting, claims, product launches, and retailer submissions
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative requirements across assigned brands
About you
- Previous experience in inventory, forecasting and administration, with a willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset
- Competent in Excel, with the skills to learn recent systems and reporting tools
- Robust communication and relationship management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
