As Hitec Welding continues to expand its fabrication network, the prospect for an experienced mechanical / project engineer has opened to join our team.

About the Role:

The role of Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee production and fabrication works
Supervise activities including NDE, Pressure Testing, Surface protection
Managing, forecasting and ordering materials on all your projects
Responsibility for recording and managing project documentation
Auto Cad / Solid Works experience (Recommended)
General experience with Welding Procedures
Knowledge of PIDs, GA Drawings and Weld Maps

Requirements:
4-Year Engineering degree




Minimum 3 years of industry experience
Demonstrate the ability to manage and sustain managing multiple projects, prioritizing demands and handle complex tasks while meeting deadlines
Robust communication skills and the ability to establish working relationship with a diverse workforce.
Ability to promote and apply safe working methods
