The Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop, managing the customer experience from booking through to vehicle handover.

You’ll be responsible for:
Managing service bookings and customer enquiries
Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
Preparing and managing repair orders
Coordinating with technicians, Parts and workshop management
Following up approvals and keeping jobs moving
Ensuring vehicles are completed and delivered as promised
Building solid, long-term customer relationships

About You

We’re looking for someone who is positive, organised, customer-focused and a strong communicator. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced setting,



take ownership of your responsibilities and be a genuine team player.

Automotive or Service Advisor experience is highly regarded, but attitude, communication skills and cultural fit are just as important to us.
