Looking for a full-time role with excellent pay, paid training, and a long weekend every second week?

We’re growing our Strathpine team and looking for positive, reliable people to join us as Customer Service Assistants.

No previous experience is required. If you’re confident speaking with people, have a positive attitude, and are willing to learn, we’ll provide two weeks of paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Whether you’re coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, or simply looking for a fresh start, we’d love to hear from you.

What’s On Offer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking with existing supporters

• Having positive and professional conversations

• Building strong relationships over the phone

• Following explicit systems and processes





• Developing your communication skills through ongoing coaching

• Working alongside a friendly and supportive team

About You

You’ll be a outstanding fit if you are:

• Professional and approachable

• Willing to learn and take on feedback

• Team-focused with a strong work ethic

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, or sales is highly regarded, but not essential.

Your Hours

Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Alternate Fridays: 10:00am – 6:15pm

That means every second Friday off and a long weekend every second week.
