The Fresh Collective Brisbane team is looking for experienced Chef de Partie professionals to join our culinary brigade at Waters Edge Brisbane. We have both Full time and Casual opportunities available for passionate chefs looking to work in a fast-paced, premium hospitality setting.

Salary:
Full-Time $80,700 + super
Casual Level 6 hourly rate

The Role
Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure effective food production and quality control
Prepare exceptionally presented dishes that are consistent in flavour and appearance
Run your allocated section with confidence and efficiency
Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
Assist in managing the kitchen in the absence of the Sous or Head Chef
Follow all food safety procedures and legislative requirements
Contribute to a positive, professional and collaborative kitchen culture





Essential Requirements
A motivated chef with a passion for creating exceptional dishes
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant or hospitality venue
Punctual, self-driven and able to work autonomously while remaining open to direction and learning
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Australian work rights appropriate for the role
