As a Mechanical Service Technician, you’ll work hands-on with leading technology, supporting reliability, maintenance, and performance across high-impact industrial operations in a collaborative, safety-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities
Disassemble, inspect, repair, and test seals, couplings, and equipment.
Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
Plan and schedule repairs.
Collect data to support engineering material selection.
Prepare repair quotes with documentation.
Maintain document control systems.
Support root cause analysis.
Troubleshoot issues and suggest reliability improvements.
Collaborate with sales/technical teams on new prospects.
Coordinate and attend customer site visits (e.g. oil & gas, mining).
Deliver training to internal and external stakeholders.




Prepare and submit performance and operational reports.

Requirements
Must be legally authorised to work in Australia without restrictions.
Requires a minimum of two years’ experience in servicing, repairing, and testing mechanical seals, couplings, and other rotating machinery.
Hands-on experience like machining (turning, drilling, milling)
Solid sense of accountability with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
Capability to mentor and support team members.
Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies in the workplace.
