The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a family law paralegal to join our highly regarded Specialist Family Law team in Brisbane on a full-time basis.
Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
To be successful in this role you will require:-
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a paralegal in family law
Well-developed word processing and computing skills
Familiar with preparation of Family Court documents and filing on the Commcourts portal
Experience with transcription of Dictation
Experience preparing Briefs and Disclosure bundles
The ability to communicate well with a variety of people
The ability to perform at a consistently high level in a demanding environment
Demonstrated ability to operate in a team environment, as a productive team member
Superior personal organisational skills and time management ability
