Your new role

You will take ownership of a manageable portfolio and be responsible for delivering high-quality owners' corporation management services, including
Managing a portfolio of commercial and industrial owner's corporation.
Maintaining solid relationships with committees, owners, and key stakeholders
Preparing for and facilitating AGMs and committee meetings
Overseeing budgets, financial reporting, and levy management
Coordinating maintenance works and contractor engagement
Providing legislative advice and ensuring compliance with VIC regulations
Managing day-to-day queries and resolving issues efficiently

What you'll need to succeed




Previous experience as an Owners Corporation / Strata Manager in Victoria
Solid understanding of the Owners Corporations Act and relevant regulations
Experience working in the commercial industry is highly desirable
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive and solutions-focused attitude
