Restaurant Supervisor – Full time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
Monitor service standards and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally
Assist with staff scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Coordinate with the management team to meet operational and financial goals

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or relevant hospitality experience
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach
Excellent customer service and team management skills
Flexible availability and willingness to work according to rostered shifts, including weekends and evening

Pay: $58,776.75 – $88,228.48 per year
