Woodcut is seeking an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a management role at one of Sydney’s most highly regarded restaurants, working alongside a talented and supportive team.

Key Selection Criteria
Demonstrated management experience in a high-end dining venue
Must be available on evenings and weekends
Proven ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced service workplace
Strong leadership skills, with experience training and developing large teams
Passion for hospitality, creativity, and contributing to the continued evolution of Woodcut




Exceptional personal presentation in line with a premium dining environment
Outstanding guest engagement and communication skills
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
Solid product knowledge and operational management skills
A current (or ability to obtain) NSW RSA Certificate
