We’re looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our growing practice. At Dental Paradiso, our vision is to combine cutting-edge technology with genuine, personal connections to provide exceptional care to our patients.

We currently use the Zavy 360 Practice Management System, so familiarity with this or similar systems is a plus.

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated individual with a can-do attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively listen, communicate effectively, and thrive on constructive feedback. Collaboration and teamwork under the direction of our practice are key to ensuring our continued success.

As a Dental Receptionist at Dental Paradiso, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our patients, ensuring their experience is both qualified and friendly. Your role will involve, but is not limited to, the following:
Communicate effectively with patients, demonstrating exceptional phone and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
Possess basic dental knowledge to assist patients in understanding and booking the appropriate treatments.
Efficiently manage patient appointments, including booking, rescheduling, and consolidating,



to support our dentists and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Prioritize and organize reception tasks, maintaining accountability and composure in a agile and fast-paced environment.
Manage patient records and maintain accurate, up-to-date information in our system.
Process payments and insurance claims with precision and attention to detail.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient concerns and questions promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
