I'm currently seeking experienced Industrial Painters, Blasters and Painter/Blasters to join leading manufacturing, fabrication and industrial maintenance companies across Newcastle.

These opportunities involve working on large-scale mining, industrial and structural equipment in professional workshop settings, with both ongoing positions and project-based work available.

What’s on Offer
Up to $56 per hour + penalties, depending on project and experience
Workshop-based opportunities in Tomago and Newcastle
Overtime and Saturday work available

About the Role
You will be responsible for a range of industrial painting and blasting duties, including:
Abrasive blasting and surface preparation
Industrial spray painting and protective coating application
Preparing steel and fabricated components to specification
Working on large mining and industrial equipment




Ensuring all work meets quality and safety requirements
Following site procedures and WHS requirements

To be successful, you will have:
Previous industrial painting and/or abrasive blasting experience
Strong understanding of surface preparation and coating systems
A robust commitment to safety and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable work ethic and willingness to work overtime when available
