Fantastic chance for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist to join a leading national building services company based in Moorabbin. This is a true generalist role where you'll partner with managers across the business, providing practical HR advice while supporting the full employee lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing
Providing HR advisory support across all aspects of employee relations, including dispute resolution, workplace investigations and negotiations
Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and development
Ensuring consistent HR processes, documentation and compliance
Managing performance management processes
Contributing to engagement, retention and continuous improvement initiatives
Building trusted relationships with employees and managers while maintaining a commercial approach to decision making

What you’ll bring




3–5+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist, Coordinator or Advisor role
Demonstrated experience managing employee relations, including workplace disputes, conflict resolution and negotiations
Tertiary qualification in HR or related field
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
A proactive, people focussed approach combined with strong commercial awareness and sound business judgement
Previous experience in the building services or construction industry will be highly regarded
