What you will do
Work proactively to complete a range of administrative tasks
You’re the welcoming face of our practice, greeting and engaging with patients
Manage the phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Update and maintain records using our patient management system

What you will bring




Access to own vehicle and comfortable driving to multiple practice locations
Happy to be based across Norwood and Mount Barker practices
Friendly, engaging demeanor and excellent communication skills
Any previous Dental or Medical Reception experience would be a bonus!
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills
