About the role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven National Foodservice Manager to take ownership of our foodservice business nationally and drive the next phase of growth across Foodservice, Distributor and B2B channels. This is a senior, hands-on sales role for someone who knows the Australian foodservice market, understands how to build profitable customer relationships and thrives on identifying and converting recent business opportunities. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will have responsibility for increasing market share, growing existing accounts, developing new business and delivering profitable sales growth across our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities
Drive national growth and profitability across Foodservice, Distributor and B2B customers
Achieve and exceed sales budgets while effectively managing trade spend
Develop recent business opportunities and expand our presence within the foodservice market
Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular customer engagement
Conduct customer business reviews and develop effective promotional programs
Build strong,



long-term relationships with customers and distributors
Identify market opportunities, competitor activity and emerging industry trends
Contribute to sales strategies, marketing plans, new product ideas and sales budgets
Develop promotional and sampling initiatives to increase product awareness and acceptance
Prepare monthly sales reporting by customer

About you
Previous foodservice sales experience is essential
Demonstrated experience in foodservice sales and account management
A strong understanding of the Australian foodservice market
A proven ability to grow sales, develop markets and identify new business opportunities
Strong commercial awareness and a focus on profitable growth
Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
Confidence conducting customer business reviews and commercial discussions
Strong initiative, personal drive and a genuine sense of urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valuable MS Office skills and experience working with ERP/business systems
