Kentaro Omakase is looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Melbourne CBD.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen setting, has a strong eye for detail, and can maintain high standards even when working under pressure.

What we’re looking for:
Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for Japanese cuisine and a high standard of presentation
