MG Motor Australia is looking for an organised and commercially minded Fleet Sales Coordinator to join our Fleet team. This is a great chance for a young professional in sales administration, sales operations, fleet or a similar setting who enjoys working with data, coordinating multiple priorities and supporting a fast-paced sales function.

What you will be doing
Coordinating fleet orders, order planning and maintaining fleet order files.
Preparing weekly, month-end and ad hoc sales and fleet reports.
Maintaining CRM data, reporting and customer information.
Supporting fleet planning, forecasting and performance tracking.
Coordinating demonstrator fleet administration.
Managing pricing approval and BRN administration.
Supporting customer proposals,



presentations and tender submissions.
Assisting with the planning and coordination of fleet events.
Working with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep fleet activities and customer requirements on track.

About you
1–2 years' relevant experience in sales administration, sales operations, fleet, reporting or a similar role.
Previous automotive experience within an OEM, dealership, FMO, leasing or related environment is highly regarded.
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and confidence using PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
A proactive, self-motivated approach and willingness to take ownership.
